Hill Rental Properties rents 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom apartments on Lauder Avenue. There are three layout options available but all apartments will come with a range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Lauder Avenue is not a pet-friendly apartment complex. Rental units are non-smoking and rented unfurnished. Shown below are the three layout options available.
Layout A – 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
2 Bedroom – Layout A
Approx. 660 sqft.
Layout A is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a solid door off the living room accessing the patio area. This layout is only available on the 2nd and 3rd floor of each building. The bedrooms and bathroom are located off a secondary hallway affording additional privacy from the entry and living areas.
Layout B – 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
2 Bedroom – Layout B
Approx. 660 sqft.
Layout B differs from Layout A in sliding glass door off the dining room that accesses the patio. This layout is available on the ground floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor. Bedrooms and bathroom are located at the entry of the apartment before opening up into the living and kitchen area.
Layout C – 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
2 Bedroom – Layout C
Approx. 720 sqft.
Layout C at Lauder Avenue is similar to the 2 bedroom apartments available at 1204 and 1218 S. Main Street. This layout is available only at 321 Lauder Avenue.
Entering directly into the living room makes this layout great for entertaining. The bedrooms and bathroom are located down a hallway affording more privacy. Every unit does not come with a patio so check with the Hill Rental Properties office for specific unit layout.
