Cosigner applications are processed by ACRAnet Tenant Screening and provide identity verification and a credit report. To approve an applicant as a cosigner on a lease, Hill Rental Properties considers the following criteria:
- Valid Social Security Number
- Credit score of at least 680 and/or all trade lines in good standing
- Income sufficient to support the monthly rent
The cosigner application fee is $16 and is non-refundable.
