Apartment Cleaners:

Beginning at $80 – $85/apartment

Now hiring cleaners for the summer turnover season. This position is paid per apartment cleaned. Applicants must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs, have experience with deep cleaning, and have reliable transportation. Job is seasonal from May until August with majority of work the first two weeks of each month.  Cleaning supplies are provided. To apply pick up an application at 1218 S. Apartment Painters:

$160 – $175 /apartment

Seeking individuals with interior painting experience to paint vacant apartments between May and August. Paint and basic painting supplies are provided. Must have reliable transportation and good attention to detail. Previous painting experience is strongly preferred but training is also available. To apply pick up an application at 1218 S. Yard Crew:

starting $15/hr

Seeking individuals to join our summer yard crew. Duties will include lawn care, property upkeep and maintenance, exterior painting and landscaping, and assisting maintenance with other seasonal projects. Individuals must be hard working, honest, and able to do physical labor. Must have a current driver’s license and be insurable. Vehicles and tools are provided. This is a full time seasonal position beginning mid May. Hours are Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm. To apply pick up an application at 1218 S.
